Dukkha
All life is 'suffering' or 'unsatisfactory'.

Anicca
All conditioned things are impermanent, in a constant state of flux.

Anatta
There is no-self.  What we refer to as the 'self' is our physical & psychological selves, which are in a constant state of change.
